01:34 am - exciting stuff!
so, i made the school play. well...in the one act play that's being put on. i didn't get a large role, which is probably for the better, but it's enough for me. i can't wait to get started on it! i also got into festival winds at usf. woot! i still have to try out for what band i'll be in, but whatever. hopefully, it won't be bottom. i'd be okay with third. i'd be more than okay with third. after band practice, i mosied on over to brittany's party. i am proud to say that i kicked ass at the scavenger hunt we had. we had to get a picture with a live fish. so, this girl emily and i took a picture that looked like we were drinking these beta fish. it was a pet supermarket, and as we were leaving the cashier told us that "it's against store policy to take pictures in here." i felt like telling her that i was too busy drinking their fish tanks to notice. anywho...we had to get a picture of a guy in uniform and we got this kid who worked at macdonald's. he seemed a bit bewildered that three teenage girls were begging him for a picture, but whatever. but yeah. tomorrow there's a carwash. then, driving lessons. after that, who knows?

two more weeks to the usf trip! woot!

sorry i haven't updated in so long. i've just been kinda busy. but today has been a pretty lazy day, so i'll take time to bore you all with this entry. or just help you master scrolling up the page to a more interesting entry. so apparently i've gotten a haircut. yay! i couldn't stand my long hair anymore. kinda sad that i coulnd't donate it though. the will was there, but alas the length was not. snak signed me up for honors band (w00t) and i hope some of my homies in bott...i mean seventh period band can join me. i'm getting scared about all county though. my scales really suck and i can't play the required peice well. i might come down with a sudden case of malaria or something. i'm really looking forward to next year though, and that's what keeps me going. that and spring break. does anyone know if the band kids are getting grandfathered in? i hope so. otherwise i would die. but i'm not going to lie about where i live. i thought about it and i can't lie like that. i'll just have to be miserable. for two years. and then it's off to college, so whatever. speaking of college, i got more stuff from university of delaware. i think that that place is so awesome. steve says that it's a good school too. yeah. so...how about those dolphins?

so yesterday was awesome. went cruising with alex rapp(er), sara, and setphie. stopped over at taco bell and sat next to some cute taravella kids that i refused to make eye contact with. mainly, because i was getting chalupa everywhere. talked to diana and carrie, who are some really funny people. every teenager that walked in there, diana knew. since it was a bad beach day, the four of us decided to go to las olas. that was the fun-est ride, ever. we were singing really loud and abnoxioulsy and laughing really loud. and i guess that this one trucker guy thought that we were laughing at him, and he kept looking at us, which was really scary because he was a trucker. we got to las olas and walked up and down the streets. had to cross a major intersection once and almost died becuase someone dropped change and we all stopped to look. they have some pretty cute shops there. the people are really snobby though. alex was going to buy this pretty clip for her hair, and the woman thought that she was going to steal it. bitch. and i love their kitschy (is that how you spell that?) shops. it makes me want an apartment of my own to decorate. went to the cheescake factory, and got hit on twice by people in cars. had the most delicious desert ever at there. sara said something really funny too. one of the waiters kept coming to our table to take stuff from us to refill. so he took our salt and pepper and i said that he was taking everything. then sara mutters, are you going to take our hearts too? i guess you had to be there, it was great. left soon after because the weather took a turn for the worse. got really, really lost. almost cat called this guy, but i just waved at him. later went to the gym with steph and alex. my arms hurt now. but, i must say that i learned an important lesson that day...
never, ever take directions from stephanie. will write later.

and now, a st.pat's poem entitled, the wearing of the green...

o patty dear and did ya hear the news that's going round?
the shamrock is forbid by law to grow on irish ground
st. patrick's day no more shall keep
his colors can't be seen
for there's a cruel law against the wearing of the green

i bet with napper tandy and he took me by the hand
he said how is poor old ireland and how does she stand?
she's the most distressful country that ever yet was seen
for they are hanging men and women for the wearing of the green

since the color that we must wear is england's cruel red
then ireland's sons shall ne'er forget the blood that they have shed
you may take your shamrock from your cap and cast it on the sod
but twill take root and flourish there, though underfoot tis trod

when laws can keep the blades of grass from growing as they grow
and when leaves in the summer time, their verdure dare not show
then i will change the color that i wear in my caubeen
but until that day, please god i'll stick to the wearing of the green.

just finished my miller hw. now she won't eat me! i shouldn't say that though, because i need to kiss some serious ass so that she'll be lenient with my research paper. oh well. did my chem work, the biggest waste of time ever. consumed the last of a bag of poppables. bleh...not a good idea. thank god i have a work out buddy now! yay sara! anywho...forgot we had practice today. whoops. thankfully, paul let me borrow his cell for a moment to call. practice was pretty good though. slow going at first, but towards the end it got going. i think that i stepped on my favorite reed though. it's not cracked...but it's still gross. crappola. did some pretty good irish impressions with brodie. he can do a pretty good county cork impression...for a scott. realized how bad i want a car. so bad, so very, very bad. how long do i have?? 9 months. i could have a baby in that time, so i'm sure it will fly by. hopefully. on a lighter note...two more weeks! auntie alison and uncle martin, the 29th. then my house will be overflowing with english accents! wohoo!

howdy kids. becky left today. i couldn't really see her properly, because i did have my contacts in, but i said good bye and saw her off. she'll be down soon, so it's all good. had a lesson. i made my tutor happy by practicing, and now he has upgraded me to duets. woot. i'm working on this cool one now, but it's in tenor clef, the spawn of satan. didn't have any homework, so painted my toe nails. looked at cars online for a hour. i have saracar envy. that is a hott ride, you must admit. lucky. let me change the subject, before i turn green. i think i ate bad jumbalaya. my stomach's all rumbly now. this has not been a good weekend for spicy foods. note to self: never move to new orleans. do we have practice tomorrow? who knows. someone please tell me. i found this cool camp to go to during the summer. and i don't think that it interfers with band camp. wohoo! i best be going, will write tomorrow. bye

this has been a pretty cool weekend. friday, chilled with the usual suspects and initiated sara into "the park". later, found out that i'm a spaz on a trampoline. i love gilwit, by the way. anywho, then we went to the park to watch the guys try to catch a football, and the rest of us on the sidelines checked out their stuff. gio was really cute when he was in elementary school. and why does every guy have a "calendar club" card in their wallet? moving on...went to jesse's house. timmy beat me at bs. it's ok though, because i was later vp at asshole. stared at the simpsons poster in jesse's room and found out that duff man wasn't on it. note to self: write angry letter to poster company. come on, duff man is the essence of the simpsons. it's practically sacrilege not to have him on there. we watched this really funny comedian too. got a ride home from gilwit. had a really, really scary moment. i don't want to talk about it though, because it sounds really stupid, but at the time, it was scary as shit. got home, fell asleep on the couch. today, felt shitty. really, really, really shitty. i think i took three different pain medications, and i still felt shitty. but i'm not going to bitch about it, so let's move on. went to my bub's house to spend some quality family time. fell asleep on the couch. whoops. went out to dinner at the blue anchor, which was some good stuff. except for the stupid drunk people who thought it was st.pat's. i swear, it's people like that who ruin it for the rest of us. so full though. now, watching chappelle's show. will write later.

ps-congrats sara!! happy car day!

score! just got back from wal-mart, the 24 hour super center. becky got me a "my little pony" as payment for helping her avoid this girl she doesn't like. i will mention no names. it's pretty hot looking anyways. anywho, whilst at wal-mart, we looked for stuff for chris (becky's boyfriend)'s care package. they have some really funny boxers there. i was trying to get becky to by these silky navy boxers with light blue metallic flames, but it was a no go. by the way, today was my mom's birthday. i got her "four weddings and a funeral". hugh grant is too great in that movie. i also left her a secret message on the computer, but becky said that she would never find it. damn. oh well.

ps. guess what realized a few nights ago? the people arrested on reno 911 are the same people who play the cops. the crack whore who looks like christina agulera is wiegel, and the mime is junior. crazy shtuff

wohoo! just went out for mexican food at my favorite spanish resturant. it was awesome, as usual. i had to ask them where the bathroom was, and when i got back becky told me that they appreciate it when you speak to them in spanish. i told her that i didn't feel like getting laughed at and called "gringa". but steve, to my shock and dismay, ordered coffee in spanish for himself and my mom. i had no idea he knew how to say anything in spanish. learn something new everyday. on a more interesting note...da vinci code. so good. buy it. rent it. read it. it's amazing. i love books about theology, and i love books that are controversial. so this is like a dream come true. i kid you not, read it and you will be glad that you did. i know that you might be sitting at your computer, obviously bored for reading this dribble, thinking to yourself "but i hate reading". trust me, you will not hate this. for those of you who like "the fast and the furious", there have been two high speed chases so far, and i'm only half way through the book. for those of you who like the indiana jones trilogy, it's just like that but better because the it doesn't have anything to do with annoying blondes who can't act, like the second movie. seriously, do yourself a favor and read it. also, i got the new blink 182 cd. le sigh. where do i start? ok...it's not that i don't like it...i just...well...ok. it's like your first love i guess. you want it to grow and progress, but not to the point where you wake up and stare at the person next to you and wonder "who the hell is this clown?". the first cd i ever owned was "enema of the state". i love it and still do to this day. now i have alot of their cds, and i love each one, because they were blink. but the new cd...i'm not sold on yet. you see...what i love about their early works is how crazy yet cute it was. sure...sometimes they were perverted, but when they wanted to be they could be extremely cute. something that was even in their second newest (you know what i mean, "take off your pants and jacket")cd. sure, the recording quality on their first few cds was absolute shit, and some of the songs were less than great...but they were blink. the new cd, however...i dunno. i think that it's too influenced by some of the other bands on the radio. i mean, don't get me wrong...it's good to change and grow as an artist/musician, but...i dunno. maybe it's just me. oh well.

wohoo! got my hair cut today and saw alex rapp and mrs.golodner. it was like a band party...kinda...not really. but a happy coincidence none the less. i like how at the hair dresser they make your hair feel so light and smell so good. if i ever win the lotto, i'm hiring a full time hair dresser to live in my bathroom or something so that they can do my hair. going to a christmas candelight service tonight. promises to be heartwarming. i'll pray for your friend there amy! i'll write something more interesting later.
